Jingo is a Peashooter character in The Binding of Izaya: Book 4. He claims to be the PT's Academy roommate of Hawqwar. Later on, he came in contact with PRX-21 Mutagene and mutated to Pavlov in part 2 in Book 4. This plant is owned by PT.

Jingo is a peashooter with only a monocle (he had poor eye sight in his left eye) and skeleton fish for hands for no reason.

Unlike Hawqwar, Jingo is secretly a spy. He also went to a junkyard once and mutated there.

- Also, he is the first one to turn into his mutant form without touching the Mutagene whenever it's private, but turns back to normal when public.
- Despite his mutant form, him and his form have different species. Which himsel is a Peashooter and his form an Agent Pea.
- He was the fourth character to come in contact with PRX-21 Mutagene.
